I experience the process of design and creation, whether it is a necklace or a sweater, a bowl or a painting, a research model or a poem, to be an adventure of discovery of the deeper chambers of my soul, that reveals the divine essence of a creative spirit manifesting in form in an infinitely interconnected cosmos.  It is healing and rewarding to the self, and allows for an expression of who I am.

Self Care

Self care is absolutely essential for enjoying a healthy, meaningful life to its fullest. Nourishing food prepared with blessings and love, good mineral water, hiking, walking, yoga & meditation, dance, music & singing, creative artistic projects are an integral part of self care for me (see images below). I find the greatest joy in sharing quality time outdoors with my family.
